Dumb hot outside as usual.

Coming through the front door was Theo of Varsity Guys. What a total hot shot. His solo song Here with Rap Line from the Kiss N’Tell album is now considered the theme song of 2012.

Sitting on the couch was Saige and Lily watching TV.

“Oh good, someone here,” Theo said rushing to Saige and Lily’s side.

         “Change the channel.”

Lily threw some peanuts at Theo.

“No. We are in the middle of a movie.”

Theo sighed, “It’s about the group. Change the channel to MVT.”

Lily squinted her eyes at Theo.

“You better not be tricking us,” she said.

Flipping through the channels, they landed on MVT.

In the middle of the news section was the reporter was talking about Switch.

“The once consider failed investment by Ex-S Records has now turned into one of the most competitive boy/girl groups in the industry. Kiss N’Tell is hanging strong on the Pillboard, selling over 300,000 units in its first week. Now the Switch train is rushing fast with Varsity Guys’ Theo taking the world by surprise with his first solo project Here. Not to mention it featuring Switch’s newest sub-unit Rap Line. Rap Line formed after the controversial Battle of the Band beef with - .”

Suddenly Lily switched back to the movie she was watching.

         “Hey!”

Theo threw his hands in the air.

“They were about to play my song,” Theo whined.

“Boo hoo. We already heard your song. I want to finish the movie. You act like we can watch it on demand,” Lily said.

Theo glanced at Saige briefly since she was awfully quiet.

The two made eye contact before Saige quickly dismissed herself from the living room.

         “What’s her problem?” Theo asked.

Lily not giving his any care in the world said, “Pretty boy. Don’t worry about her. Just focus on your unit.”

“Just focus on your unit,” Theo mocked.

“Don’t hate the game Theo. Don’t hate the game.”

“Its probably my eyes,” Theo said pulling out his phone’s camera.

         “In your dreams.”

Coming into the living room from the kitchen was Carlos and Brittany.

Lately they have grew very fond of each other. Despite the dull paint on the wall, love was in the air.

Theo took notice of the two before swiftly jumping over the couch.

“Ayeeee. Buddy. Leave some room for Jesus. Why are you too all up on each other.”

Carlos put his hand on Theo shoulder.

         “Don’t worry about it.”

Though Theo carefully place Carlos hand off of his shoulder.

         “Dormcest.”

Quickly Lily lower the TV volume. Shifting her attention, she walk over to Brittany and Carlos.

“The rule got drop Theo. It’s free game for anyone in the house,” Carlos said.

                  “Free game?”

Lily was astounded.

“Brittany,” Lily asked, “Are you dating Carlos?”

Brittany smiled at Carlos.

         “Yes I am.”

Lily was now baffled by the news.

“Varsity Leads dating. Just wow,” Theo said.

“Well after the Battle the Band, new rules were establish. Mr. Smith is even for it,” Carlos said.

Lily started to think a bit as the three chatted.

“Brittany,” Lily nudge her to the side.

         “Free game right?” Lily question.

Brittany folded her arms questioning Lily’s motives.

“I know I am just some JV Girl but is this some… PR stunt. Lead singer dates lead singer.”

Brittany laughed. “Follow me.”

The two went into the kitchen to find Leo and Mia eating lunch together at the breakfast table.

In the middle of taking a bite of their soup Brittany asked.

“Are you two dating?”

Frozen in space, Leo and Mia glanced at each other in question.

Slowly Leo put his spoon down.

         “Who’s asking?”

Brittany pointed to Lily.

         “Yes.”

                  “For how long?” Lily asked.

“Since the Battle of the Bands.”

Mia slightly laugh a bit like there was an inside joke that only a few knew of.

“MIA! You seriously wasn’t…” Lily was in shock.

“What!” Mia said trying not to laugh which made Brittany start laugh.

“Can’t be serious,” Lily sighed, “Dating in the middle of the group’s downfall is crazy. Did Ex-S Records put you two together?”

Leo shook his head. “Lily just get someone in the house. Name your guy and I’ll put a word in for you.”

Lily froze by the words of Leo. “As if. Dormcest is just going to create unnecessary drama in the house. You just want and see.”

Leaving the room, Brittany and Mia went to the backyard to chat.

“Ohhhh is this the life,” Mia smiled.

         “You seem happy.” Brittany said.

Mia started blushing really hard.

“Be happy girl. You got with THEE Leo Sanchez-Junit. Only guy in the group with a solid six pack that not going anywhere.”

“Mia Sanchez-Junit. Think it got a nice ring to it?”

Brittany chuckled.

“Girl bye. You two haven’t even been caught out in public together.”

“Think Carlos going to marry you?”

Brittany got quiet a bit. “Um… Why not. I mean Lily made a good point. I’m lead singer. He is lead singer as well. It just make since for us to get marry one day.”

         “But?”

         “But?”

                  “You sound hesitant.”

Brittany looked at Mia in question.

“You think its smart to date Leo?”

“Of course it is. Anyone in their right mind would date Leo. He the most fine guy in the entire industry right now.”

Brittany kept her mouth close as she listen to Mia chat about all the great things about Leo. She mainly just talked about his physical attributes and “alpha” appeal. Though all Brittany could think about is when she witness Leo crash out backstage after a fan commented about his brother at a fan signing.

“I was the only one who saw it,” Brittany said as she glance at Leo who was off camera.

“What did you see?” Asked the interviewer.

“It was like his mind got transported to the incident. He’s hands were shaking really bad as he kept yelling ‘no, no, no.’ I was able to calm him down before anyone came around. Then he casually walk back on stage as if nothing happen.”

“He’s a pretty boy. I guess so.” Brittany laughed.

         “Ahhh.. but…”

Mia turn her back against the scenery and glanced at the house. Slowly she focus her eyes on a particular window upstairs.

“Kylie… She might be a problem.”

“Why? Cause she likes Leo. You can say the same thing about Rebecca.”

Mia shrugged. “Jean would never allow Leo to date Rebecca. Kylie though. She might be a problem.”

“Mia. You are dating a guy who many girls and guys have tapped to their wall. Don’t worry about Kylie. If Leo truly wants to be with you, his eyes will only be on you.”

“True. Plus she is a JV Girl. Shouldn’t even feel threaten.”

Brittany knocked on the shoulder three times.

“Of course don’t feel bad either about dating a JV Guy.”

“He’s in Rap Line. JV Guys aren’t a thing anymore,” Mia defended.

“Rap Line. JV Guys. Tomato, Tomato. Don’t let the sub-unit prestige get to your head.”

“Cheap talk for a lead singer.”
