Varsity Guys

Varsity Guys holds Switch’s strongest male vocalists, two being a Switch lead singer. There is great pride of being a Varsity Guys singer. Though some members in other sub-units believe it is not worth it to be in the line. This is because the Switch Leaders require all Varsity members to practice twice as more than any other unit. There was originally seven members in this sub-unit, however Zachary is currently on a year hiatus for a unknown reason and David switch to Leaders Line after the group went independent in 2016. Currently there is five members with complicated relationships. As of the start of the series Jermany and Romeo are Switch’s lead male singers for group performances.

Romeo Hawkins

1st Lead (2021 - Current Day)

The “mature” one.

2nd Lead (2014 - 2021)

Romeo reigns as Switch’s longest lead singer. He is also a husband to former lead singer Brionna (from Varsity Girls). The two have a son name Junior. Romeo may look like Britain number 1 sweetheart but he feels like he has the weight of the group’s success on his back. Being a husband, father, leader, brother, and friend, can be overwhelming.

2nd Lead (2021 - Current Day)

Jermany Liu-Perez

Underrated, yet overworked.

Jermany is Switch’s current lead singer. He gain this role after Zachary went on a hiatus in 2021, Jermany popularity is extremely popular in his home country in the Philippines, though he never talks about his family. Some members believe Jermany drowns himself is work to not think about his life before Switch.

Zachary Dion

The Nepo-baby

Zachary is the older brother to JV Girls, Lily. He is a heir to the Dion, Montreal-base tech giant, family. His family's business specializes in semiconductor products. Zachary is deemed as one of the best performers and singers in Switch. However the low compensation for his service as 1st Lead had built a bitter hate to Ex-S Records and eventually Leaders Line. Zachary does not understand equality for he see himself as royalty upon peasants. As of June 2022, Zachary is on a hiatus. No one knows where he is. Not even Lily. Rumor has it that he is going solo. Or maybe he is running away from someone close to his heart.

Hyunjun (Carlos) Kim

1st Lead (2010-2014)

The former fan favorite.

Carlos was the first lead singer of Switch along side Zachary. He even got his own solo album back in 2012. Though a scandal came to the group when him and Brittany (from Varsity Girls) became teen parents. From the anger of their former management and manger, Carlos was quickly demoted and replace by Romeo. Now that his daughter Kimberly is nine, Carlos is on a journey to regain his position as lead singer.

Maxwell Itoni

Just hates Leo.

Maxwell join Varsity Guys during the second recruitment wave in 2012. Running away from a very abusive father, Maxwell is very overprotective of his sister Sammatha (from Varsity Girls), who dating Leo (from Rap Line). Doesn’t help that Maxwell is dating Leo ex-girlfriends Mia (from Varsity Girls). Maxwell always dress very cover. Not to cover up his vitiligo but his abused skin.

Theo Spinners

Problematic.

Theo became a fan favorite once Switch rise in popularity. Great singer, great dancer, and Romeo’s right man. When the cameras are not rolling, he likes to hangout in his private home where he often get drunk. At the beginning of the series, Theo and Saige (from JV Girls) had broken up due to his catfishing cheating problem. Little does Saige know that he is hooking up with Jackie (from JV Girls).
